spotless clean hotel, generous sized rooms, good value. had private bathroom with all essentials. staff were pleasant in every interaction we had. handy location, a short walk to grass island.
Unfortunately connection was weak.
Accommodating staff, nice breakfasts, good job!
It's ideal base for sightseeing and exploring Niagara Falls. We were in a mini king room with central heating, an iron and a flat-screen television. We truly enjoyed coffee, hot waffles and muffins the hotel served in the morning.
it is a completely run down motel. We felt sorry for the motel worker since it has NO one staying there. We decided to stay a night to help the biz. We could walk to next door motel which is much better place with similar rate.
Convenient location. Rooms inside is decent. Staffs are friendly.
Outside is dirty. Lack of maintenance, otherwise would be a very nice place to stay.
Which is very quiet.
Not clean, the room has strong smell.
Nothing was good at that hotel! And the smell in the room was awful, it was difficult even to sleep because of this smell!
First of all, it is a motel and a hotel. The name Hospitality Inn is very misleading. Rooms were horrible. The bed and comforter were kinda dirty. No shampoo or body wash in bathroom. In the website they say cards are accepted, but when we checked in they couldn't accept card. We had to walk about a mile searching for an atm machine cash. The stairs were so old and dirty that we were actually scared to climb on. We had to kick the door many times to open it. The hotel itself was very old and I guess it wasn't renovated at all. Somewhere in the middle of the night, we even felt like leaving and wanted to check in some other hotel. But it was too late, so we had to bare with the horrible experience.
The only good thing about the hotel - its location.
The room was smelly and not clean, all furniture looked old and unplesant, WiFi didnt work as well as phone (to contact reception I had to use my cell phone), staff wasnt friendly and the general appearance of the hotel made us feel unsafe. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.
The price and location, proximity to shopping
I requested a non-smoking room and the room reaked of cigarette smoke. I stayed in the room for one night at the end of November and it was very cold in the room. There is a space heater attached to the wall used to warm the room however it did not seem to make much of a difference. Good thing my mother brought her bathrobe or I would have froze. The soap is extremely thin, and broke in half immediately after a little use. But overall, you get what you pay for.
The room had no phone, no towels, no light bulbs in the lamps, no toilet paper, no garbage can even! Upon getting ready for bed pulled the spread back to notice a bright red blood stain..(should've left then). While packing my stuff up the next day I noticed a used condom on the knob of the headboard...I Will never stay here again even if its free and recommend every stay away from this horrible filthy place!!!!
I would never ever chose this hotel in future nor I refer to my friends. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed.
Cheap Cheap Cheap
Gross. Gigantic blood stain on the mattress and multiple sheets and pillows, but at the price they're charging, I don't see how they could afford new ones. I was skeeved out, but stayed anyway. If you can afford to go up in price, do it... but it was just so cheap! How can you resist?! Super close to the falls an Grand Island. Also close to a Bob Evans! Always a plus ;)
Bed bugs infested motel. Do not stay under any circumstances. The manager on duty was on the cellphone when I talked to her. The room is dark, and carpet had a ton of dust collected. Unsanitary bathrooms and towels. Mattress had bed bug feces all over.
Convenient to nearby shopping
Bathroom was yuck, shower curtain disgusting with mould, towels minimal and harsh, no shampoo. walls had holes, valance for curtain was lying on the TV cabinet. Room advertised with frig....invisible.... and separate living area...also invisible. Windows had not been cleaned in years, mattress were ripped. But.. no bedbugs and price was OK.
